Soaking tub and rain shower in the primary suite. Organic toiletries, robes, slippers and hair dryers throughout. Airbnb counts each half bath as half a bathroom, so it may show 3 baths. The home has 2 full + 2 half baths.

Vista Villa is set up for two families or a multi-generation group sharing: 4 bedrooms with beds for 8, two regular sofas for guests 9 and 10, 2 living rooms, dining for 10, 2 full + 2 half baths, and parking for 2 cars in the garage plus free street parking.
- Bedrooms: a king and a California king for the couples, a queen room with blackout drapes, and a twin room that works as the kids' room.
- Two living rooms: the 75″ TV, PS5 and Xbox in one; the fireplace, velvet sectional and board games in the other.
- Dining for ten: the table seats eight, ten with extra chairs, plus outdoor dining for ten, a breakfast nook for four and cookware for ten.
- Parking: two cars in the garage (with a free EV charger); a third car or an oversize vehicle parks on the free street nearby.
- Kids welcome and counted in the 10. The pool is 3–6 ft and not heated, an adult supervises at all times, and there's no crib.

Ventura Boulevard is about a 7-minute walk (0.3 mi) down neighborhood stairways and a path. The walk back is uphill, and the street itself has no sidewalk.
