Ventura Boulevard is about a 7-minute walk (0.3 mi) down neighborhood stairways and a path. The walk back is uphill, and the street itself has no sidewalk.
Most guests walk down for dinner and take a short rideshare back up, or drive: the 2-car garage has a free EV charger.

Bringing the dog.
Vista Villa is pet-friendly: well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance notice for $30 per pet, per night, shown at checkout. Pets stay on the first floor and off furniture and beds, and bathroom breaks happen off the property, not on the decks.
